From offering to pick up groceries for friends and neighbours in vulnerable positions, to starting a building-wide sign-up sheet for those in need, good Samaritans are stepping up to help those impacted by covid-19. This article is a good reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a huge difference!

On a broader scale, Canadians have started a new social media movement called “caremongering” to help people in need and to share acts of goodwill in their communities. Maybe there’s a group near you!

At least there’s one thing all this self-isolation has been good for – the environment. Apparently, emissions from factories and cars are down dramatically in China as a result of the lockdown.
