Want to hear something un-bee-lievable? Thousands of honey bees were found on a stop sign in Whitby and transported safely to a local apiary. Not only is this great news for the helpful insects, but also for the beekeeper – the community came together shortly after to purchase 120 jars of honey to help the small business stay afloat during the pandemic. (Thanks to RB for sharing this one!).

A Canadian company has developed a convenient new way to help prevent the spread of COVID-19: a reusable face shield you can clip onto your cap. The shields are described as more comfortable than masks and easier to clean – check out the website for more information!

Looking for some new ways to keep your kids engaged and learning at home? Here are some great online hubs and educational activities for kids. Whether you have a young aspiring author in your midst or a math-whiz-kid to-be, you’re sure to find something to suit your little one’s interests on this list!

Ready to be wowed? Check out this amazing video of a ten-year-old Canadian girl singing on America’s Got Talent. What an unforgettable voice!
